Shipments and returns
Delivery
We promise to get the items to you as quickly as possible. Generally all items in stock are dispatched within 1-2 business days and sent via Royal Mail special delivery next day. On wedding bands please allow 7 days lead time to produce the correct size. We generally aim to turn around wedding bands within 2 weeks. Some items the require personalisation and or other adjustments may take an extra day to process. You will be notified of any delays as soon as possible.
Delivery Options
We offer a range of delivery options depending on the value of your purchase. For orders totalling less then £100 we offer a low cost 1st class signed service from Royal Mail. All orders over £100 will be sent free of charge by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is fully tracked and insured. A signature will always be required on delivery.
